The whole experience was brilliant! Absolutely amazing hotel, loved our stay here. The staff was super-friendly and absolutely perfect, some of them especially. We got a room with bidet. Absolutely incredible location, a tram station was next to our venue. Btw, went to city center, located at a short distance from the hotel.

The room was NICE and it had a hairdryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower, that's cool. There was a great restaurant and great and fantastic staff. Its location not too far from a Dutch national museum was super.

The Amsterdam Light Festival cruise was a truly exclusive experience, allowing us to see the best sights of Amsterdam in a unique way. The carefully chosen route provided stunning views of the city's illuminated art installations, making it a memorable and magical experience for the whole family.
My children wanted more interactive elements on the Amsterdam Light Festival cruise.
